A visit to RC Calistoga convinced me
The owner of Restaurant Calistoga tasted this wine (a different vintage) at the Michelin three-star "Single Thread" restaurant in Sonoma. He was impressed by the delicate balance and beautiful finish that perfectly matched the food, and was convinced that it would be a wine that would perfectly match Japanese food culture. This experience led to the decision to bring this rosé to everyone.

Arnot-Roberts is a winery founded in 2002 by childhood friends Duncan Arnot Meyers and Nathan Lee Roberts. They take advantage of California's diverse climate and soil to make wines that bring out the unique characteristics of each vineyard. As pioneers of natural wine, they produce clear, elegant wines that express the natural flavor of the grapes with minimal intervention.
