    RC Kamakura Wines was born from the vision behind Restaurant Calistoga (Kamakura), which was opened to support the local community. Expanding on that mission, this wine shop was created to share the beauty of California wine with a wider audience.


    The founders—a California-born lawyer and business executive and his Japanese wife, also an experienced international lawyer—have lived abroad for many years. Their journey led them to Calistoga, Napa, where they married, and now they use their experience as hosts to bring carefully selected high-quality, story-driven wines to Japan.
